Our Story

Kristine Ross and Sam Frost

Kristine and Sam are two sisters who share a very special bond. They both have a strong passion for helping others and love having a positive impact in people’s lives.

The two work very closely together on their sister site – Believe by Sam Frost – which is a sisterhood, shining some much needed light on mental health.

Since the launch of Believe, many parents reached out to the pair hoping for more support for their daughters. Kristine and Sam listened to those parents and felt the need to create this dedicated space, Stronger.

They understand the difficulties and pressures that young people can face and the importance and impact that supportive and positive guidance can have during this vulnerable time in their lives.

With Kristine being a trained Youth Mentor and mother of two daughters (Bridie and Olive) – along with Sam, an Australian actor who is a positive role model and admired by so many – they feel they’re the perfect duo to create this beautiful and inspiring space.

They believe everyone has their own unique beauty and style. Their programs help guide young girls to discover their own special qualities that they have to offer the world, and give them the tools to become compassionate and confident young women.

Whilst Sam won’t be attending all of our workshops, she still has a huge impact on the content and programs we deliver. Kristine and Sam work together behind the scenes, so while you might not see Sam at all the workshops, her magic will be across all things Stronger.
