Weekly Classes

Suitable for teens 12-18 years

Over the duration of the course your daughter will learn and discover the fundamental benefits of mindfulness and yoga practices to help deal with the common tensions and challenges that come with being a teenager.

Each class will include: Mindfulness activities, movement (guided yoga practice), calming and relaxation strategies and breathing techniques. Throughout the course, we will focus on:

  • How to support ourselves when feeling stressed and overwhelmed

  • Breathing techniques to calm the body and mind

  • Emotional awareness and self-regulation

  • Concentration and focus

  • Self-confidence and positive self image

  • Observing thoughts

  • Yoga postures for emotional balance and wellness

  • The power of movement

  • Practicing self-kindness

  • Practicing kindness to others

  • Practicing gratitude

  • Integrating self-care practices into our daily routines

Dates:

Term 3: Every Monday, from July 12, 2021 - September 13, 2021 (10 weeks)

Time:

4pm - 5pm (AEST)

Please note: If you cannot join us every Monday at this time, the online classes will be video recorded, which means you will still receive the class recording and material each week. So, the great news is, you can still register for the course and go along at your own pace!

Investment:

$120 per term (10 classes)

$70 for partial term (5 classes)

$16 casual class
